All day: Travel from Glasgow to Halifax.


Monday 25th September

Evening: Dinner @ 7pm ' The Lower Deck' on the Boardwalk


Tuesday 26th September

Morning: Visit to 'Pier 21' Immigration Museum and 'Immigration Simulation'  experience and tour

Wednesday 27th September:

Morning:  Depart Halifax for Antigonish

Wednesday 27th September:


Morning: Depart Halifax by bus (Maritime Bus) and arrive at 2:15pm approx. 
Afternoon: St Francis of Xavier Campus Visit and workshop in the University Library. 3pm

Evening: Dinner at the Brownstone Cafe. Check out the menu here.

Thursday 28th September:

Day: Working with pupils from the Middle School and High School

Friday 29th September:

Morning: Visit to the University

Evening: Depart Antigonish at 6:40pm arrive in Baddeck at 8:35pm.

Saturday 30th September 2017:

Afternoon: Travel from Baddeck to Iona, visit the Highland Village Museum. You can check out the museum's website by clicking here.

Evening: Local Inn for dinner and some music. Take a look at the website here for information (and the menu!)

Sunday  1st October:

Afternoon: We'll visit the Alexander Graham Bell Natural Historic Site in Baddeck where we'll have the chance to find out about the work of Alexander Graham Bell and his contribution to Canadian society as well as the chance to fly a kite. Click here to find out about 'The Measure of the Man' tour and 'Come fly a kite!' which we'll be taking part in.

Monday 2nd October:

Travel back to Halifax by bus (Maritime Bus Company).
